FloorWizard is designed to be an interaction tool between the customer and the salesperson. The salesperson can conduct a pre-measure/installation interview, assign rooms to the job, pick products, and assign a measuring appointment.

FloorWizard is the most powerful measuring tool available. From the salesperson's desktop or laptop machine they can draw the job with a mouse or use a template of common shapes, and collect all the pertinent information about the job. Angled walls are no problem. Stairs of all types can also easily be measured and calculated. Door, openings, and stairs are a simple "click and drag". At the site, the measurer can use a tablet PC. Virtually all data (rooms, products, subfloors, moisture levels, existing flooring, service charges, supplies, transitions, floor flex, floor levelness, floor joists, etc.) can be entered with the use of the tablet's pen. All work at the site can be accomplished while connected directly to the internet database (resulting in immediate updates) or completely unconnected with updates stored on the hard drive of the measurer's computer for delayed updates when internet access is available.

FloorWizard is a "closing tool" that calculates the total cost of the job by developing workable seam plans and assigning appropriate supporting materials to the quote. Seam plans can be changed in almost every way imaginable. This accomplishes two things: 1) As the plans are changed, costs are affected and displayed to the customer to show the results; and 2) This develops the installation instructions for the installer. Result … better communication with the customer and installer.

FloorWizard provides a superior printed package for your installer. This package includes a complete assembled floor plan for each story of the job. The plan illustrates the location of each seam and identifies each transition by a number. Each cut piece is shown on a Cut Sheet with its corresponding cut ID shown on the floor plan. All information about services, supplies, subfloors, transitions, moisture, etc. are shown. A site evaluation is included to prepare installers for difficult access, pets, etc.

FloorWizard is also a scheduling tool for measuring and/or installation appointments. Users can setup capacities by zip code group and the software will pull the available capacity for measuring or installing based on the zip code of the customer. Your measuring and installation partners can also provide their calendars.
